Integrated reinforcement methods combine with multiple reinforcement methods and give full play to the advantages of a single reinforcement method.It can maximize the bearing capacity,stiffness and other properties.Aiming at the shortcomings of poor ductility and difficulty in anchorage of beams strengthened with carbon fiber sheets,this paper proposes a new concept of integrated reinforced beams with external angle steel and external reinforced steel beams together with external prestressing.Eight reinforcing beams are used for experimental research and finite element analysis was used to investigate the structural mechanism and to study the effects and advantages of the combined reinforcement of carbon fiber sheet with angle steel and prestress.In this paper,eight reinforced concrete T-reinforced beams are subjected to static load research,and the bearing capacity,deformation capacity,crack distribution and morphology development of the test beams were analyzed.The resilience of angle steel and normal force of prestressed steel on the carbon fiber board can reduce the bond slip,ensure the strength of the carbon fiber board material to fully play.The three reinforcing materials work together,and the advantages are complementary.The integrated reinforced beam greatly increased the cracking load and the ultimate load,significantly improved the performance of the concrete beam,and had the best comprehensive reinforcement effect.ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish a three-dimensional nonlinear finite element model of eight reinforced concrete beams to simulate the mechanical properties of the reinforced test beams.The finite element calculation results were compared with the test results and the accuracy of the finite element model was verified.According to the accurate model,the stress and strain of various positions and materials of the test beam along with the load were obtained,providing a basis for further theoretical research.On the basis of integrated reinforcement beam test study,four calculation formulas for flexural bearing capacity of reinforced beam based on angle steel reinforcement are given.Compared with the experimental results,the two results are in good agreement.Carbon fiber reinforced beams have poor ductility and difficulty in anchorage.Due to the resilience of angle steel to anchor carbon fiber sheets,beams reinforced by angle steel integratedly have good anchorage performance and structural ductility.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,a comprehensive evaluation method for technical and economic indicators is put forward for various integrated reinforcement methods.The results of the model show that the angle steel-paste carbon fiber plate-paste steel plate reinforced beam has the best reinforcement effect.
