As an important energy conversion unit in wind power generation,wind turbine converter occupies a very important position in wind power generation system.Its complicated structure and numerous parameters make it a more vulnerable part of wind power system,in order to avoid the damage of the wind turbine converter,it needs to be effectively monitored.The existing wind turbine converter monitoring software is close-monitoring,which is too troublesome for the field staff.In this paper,according to the remote monitoring of wind turbine converter,a wind turbine converter monitoring software based on TCP / IP network communication is designed to remotely monitor the wind turbine converter in the wind farm.This paper firstly studies the background of the subject based on the literature,introduces the research status of the wind turbine converter monitoring software at home and abroad,and proposes the main research content and direction of the subject.Then,this paper analyzes the converter communication system,introduces the connection of the wind turbine converter remote monitoring system,and puts forward the demand analysis of the monitoring software.According to the demand of the software,this paper carries on the stratification design to the remote monitoring software of the wind turbine converter and uses MVVM design pattern and WPF programming techniques to describe the design and implementation of every level of software.Aiming at the unique communication environment of this subject,this paper designs the communication protocol and proposes a design method of the network communication module which adapts to the serial port.After that,this paper gives a detailed description of the design and implementation of the specific module of wind turbine converter remote monitoring software,including the design of the main interface of the data interaction part,the design and implementation of the software oscilloscope part,the user management and log management,as well as the problems and solutions encountered in the design and implementation of these functional modules.The influence of selecting the fixed redrawing points on the moving direction of the waveform visual effects is mainly described in the part of the software oscilloscope.The calculation of the optimal redrawing points is analyzed.This paper also proposes a statistical periodic detection method based on frequency domain and a period measurement method based on discrete Fourier transform.This paper also designs the converter multithreaded double buffer real-time data processing and display part and solves the problem of data display when the dual-computer clock is out of synchronization.At the same time,the specific decoupling design for the other functional pages and the underlying data interaction manner are also described in detail.The remote monitoring software is tested for various indicators of the software.Detailed test plans and test results are given for the unit testing,integration testing,system testing and final acceptance testing.At last,this paper summarizes the work done in this paper,analyzes the existing problems of the remote monitoring software and the possible future development trends,and makes a prospect for the future monitoring of the wind turbine converter.The remote wind turbine converter monitoring software of this subject further relieves the working intensity of the converter maintenance personnel on the basis of the original closerange monitoring software,reduces the risk of the operator and reduces the maintenance cost of the converter,has a high practical value.
