In September 2018,the State Council issued “Several Opinions on Improving the Mechanism of Promoting Consumption and Further Encouraging Consumers’ Consumption Potential”.In the document,it is clearly pointed out that it supports yachts,cruise ships and other industries.In recent years,China’s yacht industry as a whole is developing in a good situation.Under the influence of favorable policies such as government support and resource optimization,the development of the yacht industry will enter a high-speed growth period.In recent years,yacht economy has gradually moved from the initial stage of germination to the stage of rapid development,and market competition has become increasingly fierce in China.How to respond to the inquiries of ship owners quickly and accurately and reasonably give the quotation of yacht is the key to the selection and recognition of ship owners.And the development of precision marketing strategies,so that the competitiveness of enterprises has been improved,has become an urgent problem for yacht companies,and data mining makes the solution of the above problems possible.Data mining is a kind of bionic global optimization method,which can bring new ideas and solutions to enterprises to solve problems encountered in management and other aspects.By using data mining,relevant knowledge and information that are not helpful to enterprise management in a large number of actual business data can be filtered out,and the remaining relevant knowledge and information that are helpful to enterprise management can be applied to business decision management.This paper reviews the research status of yacht industry,data mining,quotation and precision marketing at home and abroad firstly,then discusses the related concepts and main analytical methods of data mining,and focuses on the cluster analysis and data mining methods.Correlation rules,and corresponding fuzzy mathematics and Apriori algorithm;Then,the characteristics,cost composition and influencing factors of the yacht quotation are analyzed,and based on similar completed projects,the progress of the project is calculated by using fuzzy mathematics to estimate the cost of a yacht project of R yacht company,which is inquired by the owner,so as to realize the rapid quotation.At the same time,the feasibility of this method is verified by an example.Finally,this paper discusses the process of data mining in the yacht industry achieve precision marketing,selecting R yacht company sales data for a year,and to the enterprise in the process of marketing sales mode,the owner’s purchasing motivation,sales territory and the yacht type of these four factors are statistical classification.Respectively,the four factors of arbitrary two online analysis,using the Apriori algorithm for mining is a relationship between four factors.According to the results obtained from the analysis,the future development direction of R yacht company was explained.
