Turbine blades,known as the core components of an Aero-engine,are processed a large number of gas film holes to achieve gas film cooling at high speeds of rotation.Because gas film holes are distributed on the surfaces of blades,so the holes are for three-dimensional curved faces in space and the aperture is small,not only is it difficult to process but how to achieve precision detection has always been a technical problem in the industry.In this paper,a series of scientific research and experiments are carried out through the study of the structure,processing and basic measurement methods of the gas film holes of the blades,and the precise detection is realized.Firstly,this paper introduces the development of geometric measurement technology and the current status of the measurement method of the gas film holes,and points out the problems.Then the common pore measurement method is analyzed,and the reason why it is not possible to carry out the pore measurement is summarized.Based on the theoretical analysis of micro-curved face measurement,a measurement system of gas film holes is established,the principle and realization process of measurement are described,and the technical indexes of measurement system are verified by calibration test.On the basis of clarifying the measurement process of the film holes of the blade,the test of the film holes is completed with the standard parts of the turbine blade.Through the analysis of a large number of test data,it is shown that the repeatability of the measurement data complied with the measurement requirements.In the course of the test,it is found that there are problems in the measurement system,such as the composite correction of the measurement and the linkage measurement of the turntable.In order to further optimize the measurement process,some measures are put forward to solve these problems and the expected optimization results are obtained.Finally,the paper completes the analysis of the uncertainty of the measurement of the gas film holes,quantifies the various error factors in the measurement process,and the uncertainty evaluation result meets the requirements of the measurement technology,and verifies that the measurement accuracy meets the requirements through the standard sample.The detection method can be used in the actual measurement of membrane holes in the leaves.Through the theoretical research and experiments in this paper,the quantitative measurement of the gas film holes of the turbine blades is achieved,and the measurement accuracy also satisfies the requirements,and the existing problems in the current engineering practice are solved.And the measurement system and method can be extended and applied in similar micro curved face measurement.
