With the rapid development of network technology and information technology,the information construction of power grid company is being improved step by step.It includes a series of systems,such as marketing management information system,dispatch information system,measurement automation system,production management system,GIS management system and so on.As a comprehensive real-time acquisition and analysis system for power system demand side,metering automation system is gradually expanding its functions.Based on the optimization of system functions and the accumulation of data,the power grid company has accelerated the project construction of operation monitoring technology research to improve the operation management level and provide data level support for operation and maintenance management.With the pressing needs of the power system reform and lean construction,many enterprises are gradually realizing a complete coverage of the "two",namely,smart meters and low pressure set copy of the full cover,a large number of operational needs force enterprises need to use the information to proceed with the staff performance appraisal management,so as to improve work quality and efficiency,enhance the enthusiasm of employees work independently.In the past,the operation and maintenance record the work process with paper work order and assign personnel with experience.The operation and maintenance time and quality cannot be controlled,and there is a certain degree of lag and randomness.Therefore,how to meet the soaring work intensity with limited resources and manpower is an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this dissertation carried out the research on the mobile terminal operation monitoring technology of metering automation system,built the operation monitoring platform,applied the basic data sent on the mobile terminal,used the path planning optimization algorithm,reasonably allocated resources to realize intelligent operation and maintenance,reduced operation and maintenance time and improved the timely processing rate of work orders.At the same time,it will be of great practical significance to use operation and maintenance monitoring process to realize the single closed loop management of electronic chemical industry,support the insufficiency of the company's operation and management system,and increase the work enthusiasm of employees.This dissertation for the operation and monitoring platform the overall architecture,function,database and page design,and then to identify and running monitor model for the research of path planning optimization algorithm,the specific model for the design ofterminal operations plan,set the reference elements,using the particle swarm algorithm to solve multi-objective optimization function,the results of the analysis and simulation experiment,and the model of curing to the operation and monitoring platform of monofunctional page,to improve the work efficiency,reduce the personnel cost.In the aspect of content display,based on the optimization algorithm of the research,the reasonable operation and maintenance plan is arranged,and the operation and maintenance statistics report is displayed on the big screen.It is proved that the system can reasonably allocate personnel,predict the optimized path and give reasonable Suggestions,and improve operation and maintenance efficiency without occupying spare resources.
