| With the vigorous development of China’s automobile industry,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and the quality requirements are getting higher and higher.While establishing quality management system,major automobile parts manufacturers also use quality management tools to optimize the quality of their products.How to conform to the trend of the times,reduce costs while maintaining high quality is the common goal of many automobile manufacturers and their suppliers.In order to cope with the market changes,a new type of filter imported by D company appeared problems in the production process.Based on the DMAIC theory,the main problem of bad pulse dissolution process was bad clearance,which directly led to the occurrence of unqualified durability test.By using the quality management theory and QC tools,fault tree analysis(FTA),failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA),and measurement system analysis,the key to solve the problem is to find the shape and size of the fixture and filter element.The modified fixture and the size of the improved filter element are designed and verified,and the actual engineering capability analysis and durability evaluation are carried out.It is concluded that the modified fixture and the size of the filter element can effectively solve the problem of bad clearance.At the same time,through standardized management of follow-up production,the problem of bad clearance was thoroughly solved,and the quality of production was continuously optimized.Finally,after half a year of production,the production line reached all the targets.Among them,the total crop mobility rate of equipment reached 88% and the failure rate maintained below 0.1%.The reduction of bad clearance in pulse dissolution process not only improves the quality of products,but also saves the company at least 3.26 million cost losses every year.At the same time,it has laid a solid foundation for further improving the overall quality management level of the company and its competitiveness in the market.The research results of this paper hope to provide some reference for domestic automotive parts suppliers. |
