Aviation safety is a hot issue of concern around the world,and the engine associate unit(EAU)plays a crucial role as the main guarantee module for the reverse thrust system on the aircraft.Automatic test equipment(ATE)are commonly used to detect faults for EAU equipment.However,the present factory-specific automatic test platform is costly,and if the platform itself needs to be returned to the factory for maintain,it takes several months of maintenance cycle,which further reduces the maintenance efficiency,resulting in waste of manpower,material and financial resources;In addition,the test reports generated by the test platform are all raw data,and the readability is poor.It is also very difficult to manage and analyze the test reports.It requires a lot of experience of the testers to locate and analyze the faults,and it is more difficult to help the debuggers find hidden dangers.In view of the above situation,this paper develops an EAU automatic test platform with independent intellectual property rights,and implements an analysis system for error reporting based on data analysis and deep learning.The major work are as follows:(1)Based on the IATS 2000,a common automatic test platform hardware platform of the cooperative company,the hardware part of the EAU automatic test platform is designed and implemented,including EAU interface adapter and EAU hardware test program set(TPS).(2)Based on data analysis and KS test,and time series convolutional neural network in deep learning,an analysis system for error reporting is realized.It includes a danger detecting system using aging analysi,which can perform aging analysis of components and provide warnings for danger result.The aging analysis technology achieves the current advanced level in the field.At the same time,a beautiful and simple user interface is realized with PyQt4,and is easy to manage and expand.It has low requirements for testers,and can be easily and quickly tested automatically.Compared with the comparison target,the presented test system and BAE Systems' EAU test system show that the variance of the test results of this EAU automatic test platform reaches the same level.Moreover,the consistency test of the test results shows that the test results of the presented test system have a good consistency.While the hardware cost is significantly reduced and the procurement cost is significantly reduced,the report analysis function of the EAU automatic test platform can accurately provide analysis functions such as hardware parameter offset analysis and hardware parameter aging prediction,which is convenient for maintenaner eliminate hidden dangers in advance.At present,the platform has been put into practical use in the repair shop of the partner enterprise business center of the cooperative enterprise,and has carried out more than ten EAU equipment tests every year.It has completely replaced the original EAU testing system and reduced the procurement cost of the cooperative enterprise by 31%.
