The design intention of the product is usually defined as the expected behavior of the model,which is the key of the product design.The formal expression and reasoning of the design intention is also the key to realize the semantic exchange of the product design intent.Based on the STEP AP242 application protocol(MBD),the semantic rules and the semantic annotation of the STEP application protocol,this paper proposes a designintent-based sementic model based on semantic cells to realize the construction of knowledge graph;Based on the model and the knowledge graph,this paper also researches the semantic information visual reasoning methods and develops the visual platform with HTML5 and WEBGL.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Based on STEP AP242 application protocol,a designintent-based sementic model is constructed to solve the abstractness and inaccuracy of the product semantic information.The formal expressions of the product design intention and other semantic information are given.(2)On the basis of the above model,use the STEP AP242 file as the research object,change the data to the triple instances with ontology.With the knowledge extraction and the rule extraction of the instance library,the knowledge graph of the design intention can be constructed by the application protocol semantic rules and semantic annotations;Based on the knowledge graph,the STEP Semantic Cell Rule-based path ranking algorithm is proposed to rank the weight values of the STEP semantic path,so as to realize the reasoning of design intention with the knowledge graph.(3)Constructing the visualization platform and establishing the connection between the designintent-based sementic model and the 3d model.Demonstrating the result of the design intention reasoning with the HTML5 and WEBGL technologies.
