The construction of long-span bridges is widely used in the construction of bridges in China.The swivel spherical hinge is a key component in the construction of swing bridges,which directly affects the safety and stability of bridge rotation construction.Therefore,ensuring the safety and effective function of the sphere hinge is very important.The research demand for the concrete hinge is increasing day by day.Therefore,this paper will further study the key problems of the concrete hinge of the long span swivel bridge.Based on the non-Hertz contact theory,the contact stress of the concrete sphere hinge analytical solution of the theory,derived calculation formula of the contact stress of concrete ball joint coordination based on non-Hertz contact theory,and the analytical solution with the existing code simplified method and finite element numerical simulation,comparative analysis of engineering data;the study found that the solution of contact analytical method for calculating stress of concrete sphere hinge coordination non-Hertz contact theory and finite element down based on numerical simulation and engineering test data and is superior to the existing close,standardized and simplified algorithm results.Based on the theory of elastic contact with spherical hinge based on the theory of non Hertz contact,the optimization of parameters of concrete spherical joints is studied by ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation.Taking the contact stress of spherical hinge as the parameter,the objective is optimized.It is found that there is a strong nonlinear relationship between the height of spherical hinge and the radius of ball hinge.In addition,this thesis studied the balance control of process of swing bridge from the macro level,using finite element analysis software to calculate gravity center,theoretical analysis and formula derivation of field data weighing test,analysis of system theory and turn real-time monitoring of elevation tracking,monitoring the stress distribution of sphere hinge during the rotation of the bridge.
