Wuhan City Donghu National Independent Innovation Demonstration Area Tramway T2 experimental line project cross Wuhuang Expressway,D5~D8 segment is 49+54+38m three-span curve steel-mixed composite continuous beam bridge,curve radius 150 m,total length 141 m,In the road green belt inside the pier.The service life of the bridge is 100 years;The steel box girder adopts a closed one-box double-chamber cross section,and is combined with a concrete bridge deck through a uniform distribution shear nail.The bridge panel adopts C50 compensating and shrinking concrete of polypropylene fiber net,among which D7 pier adopts the form of pier beam consolidation,and the design service life is 100 years.Due to the small radius curve of the bridge,the bridge is subject to bending and torsion,and the stress state of the steel box girder deck is complex.Shear nails are not only subjected to the shear force of the bridge,but also to the shear force of the transverse bridge.It is necessary to study the stress characteristics of bridge deck and shear nails of bridges under load combinations.In this paper,the large-scale finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish a full-bridge fine-space finite element model to study the spatial force characteristics and space force characteristics of shear-nail space for continuous box-girder bridges with steel-mixed composite curves,providing the design and construction of bridges.Analysis basis.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Simulation of shear bolts using spring element Springs/Dashpots,simulation of concrete bridge decks with solid element C3D8,simulation of steel box beams with shell element S4 R,simulation of prestressed tendons with T3D2 truss elements,establishment of a full-bridge space refined finite element model,analysis The stress characteristics of steel box girder and bridge deck under various load conditions.The maximum deflection across the middle is 38.68 mm,the maximum stress of the steel box girder web is 163.0MPa,and the maximum compressive stress of the bridge panel is 13.1MPa,which meets the specification requirements.(2)Analysis of the spatial force characteristics of the shear pin in the straight and curved sections of the bridge.Compared with the straight section,the shear pin in the curved section has a significant cross-bridge effect.Under the combined effect of bending and torsion,the shear pin receives Complexity,Under the four loading conditions,the maximum value of the shear force of the bridge shear bolts is 61.38 kN,the maximum value of the shear bolt transverse bridge is 23.33 kN,and the maximum shear is 66.3 kN,which is lower than the design value of the shear strength of the shear bolts.To meet regulatory requirements.(3)Under all operating conditions,the force of the bridge structure is clear,the spatial distribution of the internal forces is reasonable,the structural stress and deflection are within the allowable range,and the requirements of the specification are met.The work of this article has actively promoted the engineering application of steel-concrete composite curved beam bridges in trams.
