As one of the most commonly used precision transmission types,cycloidal pinwheel transmission has many advantages,such as large transmission ratio,high rotation accuracy and high transmission efficiency.It is widely used in the field of high-end equipment such as RV reducer.During the transmission process of cycloidal pinwheel,there are some tooth profile errors in cycloid gear and pinwheel,and these errors have important influence on the contact characteristics of RV reducer,such as contact friction heat and contact stress,and then affect the service performance and service life of RV reducer.Therefore,the influence of the tooth profile errors of the cycloid gear and the pinwheel on the transmission contact characteristics of the RV reducer is studied in this thesis.The main contents and results are as follows:First,according to the equation of the standard cycloid tooth profile curve,the construction model of the cycloid gear with tooth profile errors is set up,and the curve equation of the cycloid gear with various tooth profile errors is obtained.According to the equation of the standard pinwheel tooth profile curve,the construction model of the pinwheel with tooth profile errors is set up,and the curve equation of the pinwheel with various tooth profile errors is obtained.On the basis of above,a coupling model of cycloidal gear and pinwheel with tooth profile errors is established,and curve equations of cycloidal gear and pinwheel coupling with a variety of tooth profile errors are derived.Then according to the Blok theory of flash temperature,a mathematical model of contact friction heat calculation for cycloidal gear and pinwheel is established,and the theoretical calculation results of contact friction heat between cycloidal gear and pinwheel are obtained.The contact finite element simulation model of cycloidal gear and pinwheel is established,and the simulation results of contact friction heat between cycloidal gear and pinwheel are obtained.The finite element simulation results are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation results.By the combination of theoretical calculation and finite element simulation,the influence of various coupling errors on the contact friction heat of the cycloidal gear and pinwheel is revealed.The results show that,given the single error,the needle tooth radius error has the greatest influence on the contact friction heat of the cycloidal gear and pinwheel,the equidistance error has minimal impact.Considering various coupling errors,the offset error combined with equidistance error and needle tooth center radius error has the greatest influence on the contact friction heat,the offset error combined with needle tooth radius error and needle tooth center radius error has minimal impact.In the end,based on the Hertz theory,a mathematical model for calculating the contact stress of the cycloidal gear and pinwheel is set up,and the theoretical calculation results of contact stress between cycloidal gear and pinwheel are obtained.The contact finite element simulation model of cycloidal gear and pinwheel is established,and the simulation results of contact stress between cycloidal gear and pinwheel are obtained.The finite element simulation results are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation results.By the combination of theoretical calculation and finite element simulation,the influence of various coupling errors on the contact stress of the cycloidal gear and pinwheel is revealed.The results show that,given the single error,the needle tooth center radius error has the greatest influence on the contact stress of the cycloidal gear,the needle tooth radius error has the greatest influence on the contact stress of the pinwheel,and the equidistance error has the least influence on the contact stress of cycloidal gear and pinwheel.This research has certain theoretical and practical significance for developing the design theory of cycloidal pinwheel of RV reducer,improving the service performance and service life of RV reducer,and promoting the development and application of RV reducer.
