The increasing number of FACTS devices bring serious challenges to the stability and safety of power system.Studying the coordinated control of multiple FACTS to improve the safety of devices and systems is an important topic in the research of the stability control of power systems.Therefore,this paper studies coordinated control for the multi-series converter of distributed power flow controller,and mainly analyzes the interaction effect of distributed power flow controller,and puts the multi-objective evolutionary algorithms into the controller parameters of the multi-series converter of distributed power flow controller.First,this paper introduces the research and development of FACTS technology,and illustrates the possible interaction effects between FACTS devices.At the same time,the coordination control strategy of FACTS device is reviewed.Distributed power flow controller is a powerful FACTS device.Based on the detailed description of its principles and control characteristics,a mathematical model is established.Then,the control strategy of distributed power flow controller is analyzed.The shunt side is mainly responsible for sending out the three harmonic of a certain amplitude.The series side absorbs the three harmonic emitted from the shunt side and then injects the fundamental wave into the system,so as to realize the power regulation of the line.In the control process of distributed power flow controller,the PI control and current hysteresis loop tracking PWM control method are mainly used in the series and shunt side controller.Then,the relative gain matrix method is used to quantitatively analyze the interaction between the series converter in the distributed power flow controller system.The system is built and simulated in PSCAD software.The simulation results show that the controller of the multil-converter of distributed power flow controller has a certain interaction,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed analysis method.Finally,the coordinated control for the multi-series converter of distributed power flow controller is transformed into the promble of multi-objective optimization,and multi-objective evolutionary algorithm is proposed to optimize the controller parameters.The result of the optimization is brought into the simulation model,and the control effect of the system is obviously improved.It proves the correctness and feasibility of the controller,which is optimized by the multi-objective evolutionary algorithm.
