With the development of economic globalization,the port has become an important link in international trade and transportation.As a port power,high-piled wharf occupies an important proportion in our country.All-vertical-piled wharf is a new type of high-piled wharf.It has been used more and more widely because it is suitable for offshore deep sea and large water-level fluctuations areas.Therefore,optimization design research of all-vertical-piled wharf has important economic and strategic sense.First of all,this paper describes the development and application status of all-vertical-piled wharf and the work done by predecessors.And the concrete method using software ANSYS is determined.Second,the geometric entity model of a specific case is established and static analysis is finished to achieve the foundation of optimization.And then the mathematical model of optimization is established.It takes the volume of material required for the each unit area as objective function,takes stress and displacement as status variables,and takes structural dimension parameter as design variables.Through the calculation,the optimal solution is determined.Pile length is 0.6m,spacing of lateral bent is 8m,spacing of pile is 5m,beam height is 1.2m,and the thickness of the panel is 0.4m.Objective function reduces from 1.6895 to 0.9609,and the optimization efficiency attains to 43.135%.Finally,the new wharf structure is optimized based on the optimization model.Through the comparison and analysis of the two schemes,the conclusion is that the overall stiffness of the structure has increased and its capacity to resist horizontal loads has improved greatly.And it also be discussed the influence of the position change of the bottom beam on the structureThis paper makes an optimal design of all-vertical-piled wharf structure,and proves that this method is feasible and reasonable to guide engineering.In general,the optimization method used in this paper is simple,the calculation process is clear and the optimization efficiency is good.It has certain application value in the structure design of all-vertical-piled wharf.
