With the development of smart grid and informatization,power quality problems in power systems are becoming more and more serious because various electronic components and impact loads have been widely used in reality.The issue of power quality has become one of the difficulties in research at home and abroad.Long power supply radius,low power supply point,and unreasonable grid structure are the key factors that cause the power quality of the distribution network.The nonlinear,impact,volatility load and new energy access deteriorate the distribution network power quality.The distribution network power quality problem of the Mengdong region is relatively serious due to the vast area,less power supply points,the long supply radius,and the insufficient distribution capacity.Therefore,this paper is aimed at the actual demand of distribution network power quality analysis of Mengdong grid.The paper is devoted to how to solve the power quality analysis problem of Mengdong distribution network in big data environment.The concepts related to power quality were summarized which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent power quality analysis in this paper.Firstly,the power quality monitoring data were preprocessed using data cleaning and outlier identification according to the characteristics of the distribution network power quality data.The power quality big data are constructed,which can provide data support for the subsequent power quality analysis.Secondly,power quality big data analysis architecture was constructed based on the big data characteristics of power quality analysis and Hadoop.Then,a power quality analysis method based on Hadoop for big data mining was constructed.Parallel analysis of power quality data is performed based on MapReduce technology.Finally,the distribution network voltage deviation analysis MapReduce were designed.Using the designed Map function,Reduce function and Mengdong distribution network monitoring data,the voltage deviation of agricultural network in Mengdong distribution network is quickly analyzed.The analysis results show that: the method constructed in this paper can effectively realize the distribution network power quality analysis under big data environment.The research results of this paper provide technical support for the governance of the voltage deviation of the rural power grid in the Mengdong Power Company,and lay a foundation for improving the safe operation management level of the Mengdong Power Grid.
