| With the rapid growth of the number of cars,traffic congestion,especially in urban areas,is becoming more serious.It is in this context that flying car begins to emerge and gradually enter the people’s horizons.The two types of driving mode of the flying car make it in solving urban traffic congestion has great advantages,which can be used in many fields including medical rescue,city sightseeing,city express,etc.The flying car designed in this paper is using autorotating rotors.Compared with the helicopter,the autorotating rotors can not hover,but it has larger power loading and lower cost.Compared with the fixed wing,it can take off vertically or over short distances through the prerotating mechanism,so the autorotating rotors have a huge advantage in the field of flying car.The main contents of the thesis are as the followings:(1)An aerodynamic model of autorotating rotor is established based on blade element theory.On the basis of this study,the aerodynamic jamming model of other kinds of configurations,such as the twin rotors of the coaxial rotation,the scissor rotors and the tandem twin rotors,are studied.(2)On the basis of the pneumatic mathematical models,analyze the aerodynamic characteristics of a variety of configurations,with the demand of design,the structure characteristics and the road condition in our country,choose the more suitable rotor configurations for flying car.Based on the rotor configurations,complete the aerodynamic layout of the flying car.(3)According to the demand of design,carry on the overall design of flight vehicles with CATIA and FLUENT,including the selection of power system,the layout of the propeller,the layout of the center of gravity and the drag reduction design of the car body.(4)According to the overall parameters and the rotor parameters,use the MATLAB programming for calculating the performances of the flying car.The performances in the ground include the maximum speed and maximum climbing degree.The performances in the air include the maximum speed,ceiling,range and endurance.The research has formed the analysis and design method of a variety of autorotating rotors,which can provide reference for the selection of autorotating rotor configuration and the overall design of the flying car. |
