With the rapid development of the aviation industry,in both military and civilian areas,it has been difficult for the traditional fixed shape aircraft to meet the relevant requirements.The scientists hope to design a new type of aircraft,which can change its appearance to adapt to a variety of complex flight,and maintain good flight performance in the completion of the mission,which is called a variant of aircraft.The variant wing,as the main way of deformation of variant aircraft,can change its shape and structure layout according to different flight conditions,so as to improve the aerodynamic characteristics and flight performance of the aircraft.A new variable camber adaptive wing,by the design of flexible trailing edge device,can achieve a seamless transition of the wing trailing edge,high change camber,so as to improve the aerodynamic characteristics,reduce wind noise and fuel consumption etc.Based on the principle of structure design,the leading and trailing edge device of a new flexible variable camber adaptive wing has been studied and researched.First of all,the paper works on the deformation principle analysis and comparison of deformation design for the structure design of flexible leading and trailing edge.It also works on the topology optimization analysis and comparison for the rib structure of the leading wing and the analysis and design of the driving deformation scheme.The driving,sliding and related transmission and connection transition scheme of the trailing edge deflection deformation are also analyzed and design.Then,this paper works on the flow field analysis and aerodynamic load calculation under the related flight conditions and the specified state for the wing model,which is carried out according to the deformation scheme.And then,this paper works in the CAITA software and ANSYS software respectively for the parts design and strength checking of the leading and trailing edge structure of the variable camber adaptive wing,as well as the final assembly design.At last,the related control scheme is designed for the flexible leading edge based on hydraulic control and the flexible trailing edge control system based on synchronous motor control.
