Buffer airbags are widely used in aircraft soft landing and recovery because of their advantages such as light weight,easy folding,and low material cost.Current domestic airbags have relatively small bearing capacity,and are prone to rollover hazards under the influence of multiple conditions such as complex terrain and outside wind speed,and cannot guarantee the buffer effect and landing safety of large heavy objects.With the advancement of science and technology and the continuous development of the space station,the buffer load is increasing.The development of a large-capacity landing cushioning airbag technology has become an urgent need to solve airbag cushioning problems.Based on the above knowledge,this paper carries out the research on the buffering performance of the Bulk Landing Buffer under unfavorable terrain conditions,including the following aspects:(1)According to a complex landing terrain environment,a new combined airbag design scheme is adopted,and the structural design of the combined airbag is performed,and the influence of the airbag structural design parameters such as the volume ratio and the size of the air outlet on the buffer performance is studied;(2)The finite element model of the airbag was established using the control volume method and the simulation of the landing process was carried out.The simulation results are in good agreement with the literature results;(3)Different combinations of landing ground conditions such as different ground slopes and different wind speeds were carried out for the combination airbag.The simulation calculations obtained the dynamic parameters,motion parameters and energy changes in the buffering process.(4)The airbag pressure control exhaust scheme was proposed.The simulation verified that the program has a good effect in preventing airbag rollover?The new combined airbag cushioning scheme proposed in this paper has the advantages of large bearing capacity and stable landing in complex terrain.The introduction of pressure control exhaust technology has obvious effects on preventing rollover of airbags and reducing the overload of recyclables.The above scheme provides a certain theoretical basis for the design of a large load landing buffer system.
