Permanent magnet synchronous linear machine has the advantages of high precision,fast dynamic response,simple structure due to no traditional mechanical institutions in the application of linear driving,it is widely used in the fields of civil,industrial automation and military.The windings in traditional permanent magnet is separated from the permanent magnets,it increases the cost of system in long-distance driving.In this paper,the model of the proposed tubular flux reversal permanent magnet liner machine is established and the servo system based on active disturbance rejection control is studied.Firstly,the basic structure and operation principle of the new machine are introduced,the feasibility of vector decoupling control is analyzed according to the simulation and experiment,mathematical model is deduced in the dq coordinate.At the same time,this paper introduces the basic principle of active disturbance rejection control and analyzes the method of disturbance estimation emphatically.Secondly,a kind of first-order active disturbance rejection control is designed to improve the ability of tracking and disturbance rejection.Then,this paper analyzes the major perturbation factors in the position servo system and designs a type of second order ADRC,the loops of position and vector are in parallel.It is proved that the system has better performance compared with the traditional method.Finally,a self-adjusting process of transition arrangment is proposed in order to sovle the problem of fixed acceleration and unrestricted highest speed.Meanwhile,an improved method based on the model of detent force and phase compensation is proposed to improve the ability of tracking the time-varying disturbance and anti-interference.Based on theoretical analysis,the simulation model of motor control is built,the vector control and improved ADRC method are simulated and verified.These are verified in an experimental platform of linear motor.The results of experiment prove the effectiveness of the improved ADRC.
