| With the development of our country ’s comprehensive strength,People for the living environment and the quality of life requirements continue to improve,which promote the rapid development of the construction industry.Especially for the reticulated shell structure,Due to its beautiful architectural appearance which bring the natural advantages and attracted much attention.In recent years,The reticulated shell structure size is increasing,and the improvement of the reticulated shell structure analysis theory and the computer function,which make great progress in the design,installation,testing and other fields for the reticulated shell structure.At the same time,there are appear a large number of complex technical large-scale projects in our country,Complex and profiled reticulated shell structure need higher requirement in the design,installation,testing and other fields,Especially for the installation of construction technology,we need to make carefully choose after analyzing and comparing the characteristics of various construction programs.We should choose a program which meet the conditions,bring good economic benefits and improve security construction combining with the actual project situation and the various practical factors.This paper is based on engineering,the main studying is the reticulated shell structure design bearing capacity to construction method and the overall structure mechanical behavior analysis during installation,which have a certain theoretical significance and a good engineering application value.The engineering example in this paper is the FriendShip&Apollo international plaza commercial pedestrian street roof steel structure which located in ChenZhou Hunan province.The roof of the pedestrian street was adopted the single layer reticulated shell structure.The reticulated shell was formed by connecting rectangular steel tubes with Union Jack-shaped joints.Considering the complex space shape,the narrow site of field,and the only hoisting tools was crane,great difficulty was brought to steel processing and installation.This article first use ANSYS finite element software to analysis the stability bearing capacity of the reticulated shell to prove the reliability of the structure.Base on the feature of the shell structure and the characteristics of the construction site,the construction thought and method was put forward: the nodes and the member bars were manufactured in factory separately;the longitudinal installation sections were made on site;the full hall scaffold was set up;positioning and adjusting devices were placed;the longitudinal installation sections were installed;the diagonal bars were installed;the accurate positioning and welding.This method was applied to the project which led to good effect because the efficiency of the steel structure manufacture and installation was improved and the installation accuracy was guaranteed as well as the quality.At last,This paper use SAP2000 to checking calculation for the whole installation stage structure,we choose a typical Union Jack-shaped joint base on it and use the finite element analysis of representative node proved the structure was save in the construction phase by using ABAQUS.The research results in this paper have certain reference value for the construction,management and structural analysis of similar steel structure projects. |
