The rapid development of electric vehicles has put forward higher requirements to the performance of the charger.It is important to reduce harmonics and enhance power factor of the electric vehicle charger in the design of the charger.In order to reduce the harmonic pollution of electric vehicle charger to the grid,charger design and PFC control are studied in this thesis.The main contents are as the follows:Power circuit of the charger is analyzed and designed.According to the performance requirements,design the system structure of charger power circuit,analyzes the static and dynamic response characteristics meet the capacitance and inductance parameters of selection,meet the requirement of output power and harmonic suppression function of inductance parameters.And the selection of IGBT.Switching control model of the charger is established.The 16 switching modes of the system are analyzed and the state equation is established.The switching mode is selected and the transient process of the system is analyzed.PFC switching controller is designed.This paper analyzes the control requirements of PFC,designs the switching sequence of the system,designs the switching boundary condition,analyzes the selection method of the optimal switching mode,and gives the relevant calculation method.The hybrid control algorithm is simulated by using the MATLAB data flow toolbox,and its boundary conditions and output characteristics are optimized.The experiment platform is designed and the experiment is carried out.In the design of the experimental platform,the main control circuit and the signal acquisition circuit are designed and the corresponding parameters are designed.The experimental platform is built,and the dynamic and static performances are tested based on the platform.The experimental results meet the design requirements of the system,and are consistent with the simulation results.
