Under the new normal of economic development,the development of enterprises is restricted by market,resources and demand,which makes many enterprises encounter bottlenecks and difficulties in its growth.Under this background,enterprises should strengthen internal management and improve resource utilization efficiency,so as to reduce costs,increase efficiency and enhance core competitiveness.This has been become the choice of a large number of enterprises.Human resource is the most active and the most important resource in the organization.Its importance is becoming even more visional among the resources of human capitals,materials,financial resources and information.For the modern enterprise,to fully utilize the vitality of human resources,to inspire human resources' enthusiasm and initiative are the important means and channels to enhance the organization performance and to fulfill organizational strategy targets.Among all functions of human resources management,recruitment is the beginning and original source.A well-managed recruitment activity plays a critical role in human resources management.This thesis uses Shenzhen ST Company as sample,which is a manufacturing facility with blood pressure monitor as its main products,applying Person-Post Matching model and Competency Model as its theoretical base to have deep analysis and review over the current status,problem and issues as well optimization proposals of its staff recruitment system.Firstly,it briefly describes and demonstrates the thesis origin,the paper's basis,the research status of domestic and aboard,the literature review and the basic information of the writing.Then,it introduces and generalizes the concept,contents,characteristics and meanings of staff recruitment management and staff recruitment system development.It also clearly describes the basic theories which involved in this thesis.After that,it states the problems and shortages of staff recruitment management and staff recruitment system development in ST Company after thorough investigation and research,with deep description and analysis.Following,it sets up an optimized proposal for staff recruitment management and staff recruitment system development in ST Company in regard to its problems and shortages found.Furthermore,in order to fulfill the strategies and tactics of the optimized proposal for staff recruitment management and staff recruitment system development in ST Company and to reach its ideal staff recruitment effect,it needs the strongest safeguard measures from company culture,company management policies,cooperation within human resources department,monetary resources and all other resources.Finally,it summarizes and generalizes the whole thesis,describes its deficiencies and conceives the future research possibility.
