Exoplanets detection with high vacuum sealing technology is relying on the Chinese lunar exploration project sample return mission,in-depth study on high vacuum seal,and through a lot of ground test,to ensure that the moon sample task to a successful conclusion.Before 2020,the first mission of Exoplanets-the moon's sample return will be completed.Lunar exploration is the necessary stage of development of China's space industry,is also explored Exoplanets detection in our country the only way.Exoplanets sample return mission,we will need samples back to earth after high vacuum seal,and then in the high vacuum environment is analyzed,in order to obtain accurate data analysis.In this paper,according to the high vacuum sealing technology research order,detailed description of the various stages of the research methods and content,and through a lot of test,to ensure the high vacuum sealing technology can meet the demand of the use of Exoplanets detection task.First of all,through a large number of investigation data of all kinds of sealing configurations,a detailed analysis and research is proposed using indium silver alloy as the sealing material extrusion sealing configuration.The second,through several space of general material proportioning test strength requirements,product structure and product lightweight design,detailed analysis and research on the aspects such as optimizing the 7075 as the material of packing gland body made of aluminum alloy,titanium alloy TC4 and indium silver alloy as the material of the sealing cylinder,In Ag7 as the sealing material;Then,the sealing element(including packing gland body,sealing cylinder,sealing material)manufacturing process has carried on the detailed design,and solved the blade configurations and guarantee machining accuracy,seal extrusion and blade into the depth of the two technology difficulty.And then,the key working procedure of the sealing design were solve,completed the high vacuum sealing technology process research.Blade size and extrusion pressure,material selection,process design and space environment adaptability of detailed research on the several aspects.Finally,according to the packing element in the whole flight of space environment,high and low temperature environment and mechanics in the ground test finished high vacuum sealing technology of the validation test.The results showed that the high vacuum sealing technology has reached the high vacuum sealing performance,can satisfy the Exoplanets detection mission.
