In recent years,due to environmental an energy issues,hydrogen powered vehicles have been unprecedentedly developed worldwide.The on-board hydrogen storage technology has also been progressing.Liquidhydrogen storage has attracted much attention due to its high hydrogen stroge density and good safety,In this paper,the vehicle hydrogen supply system for fuel cell vehicles is studied and the theoretical analysis and experimental study of the key equipment-carburetor are carried out from the Heat Transfer,Thermodynamics and Hydrodynamics.First,the cryogenic vaporization process is divided int two processes,which are gas-liquid two-phase boiling heat transfer and single phase gas convection heat transfer,and the precise heat transfer correlation is selected to complete the design calculation.Secondly,the heat transfer physics and numerical calculation model of the vehicle liquid hydrogen vaporizer is established.The heat exchange of the vaporizer is calculated by Fluent software.UDF is compiled to describe the phase transiton process of the cryogenic liquid in the vaporizer.The mixture model is used to describe the multiphase flow,and the standard equation is used to describe the flow process of the turbulent flow.The parameters such as fluid temperature,flow pressure drop and minimum wall temperature of the same gas supply and circulating water flow are obtained.Finally,an experimental platform for the heat transfer of a vehicle liquid hydrogen vaporizer was built,and the stability of the gas supply temperature was experimentally studied.The effects of gas suooly flow,circulating water temperature and gas supply temperature were analyzed.Through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental research,the heat transfer law of the vehicle liquid hydrogen vaporizer is obtained.The results proide the theoretical and experimental basis for the production of the vehicle liquid hydrogen gas supply system and the vehicle liquid hydrogen vaporizer.
