As one of the key parts of aero engine,the blade is very important to the performance of the engine.The complex shape of the blade,the span curve is determined by the harsh environment,high load,temperature,pressure and speed.So in order to achieve high engine performance,safety,reliability and life of the basic conditions,the blade usually requires high degree of alloying steel,titanium and high temperature alloy and other materials.Meanwhile,it must have accurate size,complete shape and strict surface appearance.For precision forging methods are applied in the modern aero engine blade,surface is not easy to be guaranteed by the forging die.Surface roughness and curve over is not smoothy.Spots and other defects and in high-speed operation of the process is likely to cause pollution and corrosion,and not the traditional way of grinding of space curve of the blade were effective grinding.Therefore,it is necessary to the blade grinding automation system design and research.Based on the traditional blade grinding practice results,combined with the theory of innovative research and design,the blade grinding process is a new attempt and challenge.In this paper,the design of the mechanical system,the control system,and the grinding system are studied in detail.In this process,the first is using the CAD / CAM Software Solidworks on the mechanism of modeling,assembly and motion simulation,and using CAE thought on the mechanism of interference test and kinematic analysis;secondly,use Siemens 315-2DP series PLC and Siemens TP700 interactive touch screen design automation and electrical control system,combined with the ABB IRB 4600 trajectory of robot teaching complete on the control process of the system;finally,repeat the initial experiment of grinding process,collect and analyse the data,optimize the processing parameters and structural error,and ultimately receive ideal grinding effect.The results of this research will be able to improve the quality and efficiency of blade grinding,reduce labor and reduce labor intensity and promote the development of the same industry as well as grinding technology,creating social value.
