Due to the continues improvement of automotive industry,the focus of choosing a vehicle is not limited to dynamic property and economy,comfort has also become a very important factor too.In the study of vehicle comfort,the thermal comfort of automobile cabin environment is the most important part.Compared with the evaluation of indoor thermal comfort,the structure of cabin is more complex,the space is more narrow,and the heat exchange with external environment is faster,so its research will be more difficult.Based on the above status quo,the main contents of this paper are as follows:1.This paper presents a system of passenger compartment air thermal comfort evaluation based on air-conditioning dummy system.The system integrates the PMV-PPD evaluation index with the air-conditioning dummy system,and installs a temperature sensor for the air conditioning dummy system.Humidity sensors,thermal radiation sensors and air flow sensors for the human body in the thermal environment parameters of the monitoring and reading,to facilitate the calculation of thermal comfort to provide data support.2.The PMV-PPD evaluation standard in the temperature parameters according to the different regions of the thermal comfort weight,weighting,for the wind speed,radiation and humidity using the arithmetic mean.The PMV-PPD evaluation index is programmed by VB language,and the calculation is simplified.3.The linear relationship between the surface of human clothes and the temperature sensor of air-conditioning dummy is obtained,and the linear equation is regressed.Using the obtained linear equation,the temperature sensor results of the air conditioning dummy in the experiment are processed.4.At last,we can select one SUV to test in the simulation lab according to the industry standard of air conditioning cooling test,keeping working conditions 50 km / h and 80 km / H,and then 50 km / h and 80 km / h in the external circulation mode,and respectively ensure real person and air-conditioning dummy into co-pilot seat to evaluate its comfort.After testing,we can get the final results: there is a slight value difference between the evaluation of real people and the thermal comfort system,but the trend remains highly consistent.In fact the difference is about 0.3,primarily considering the low recognition of human body to thermal comfort.Therefore,this test not only verifies the feasibility of the evaluation system,but also supports the high identification degree of thermal comfort from another angle,and it is very objective.
