| With the development of the emerging power electronics technology,more and more electrical equipment sprung up in all walks of life are more strict with the source,AC voltage regulator source arising at the historic moment,therefore,is widely used.However,the traditional AC voltage regulator source because of its large volume,serious pollution of harmonics,low input power factor,low efficiency and large switching loss,is increasingly unable to meet the requirements of scientific and technological development.In this paper,a new type of AC voltage regulator source with fuzzy PID control was proposed.Firstly,the Cuk circuit was choosed after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of several basic chopper voltage regulation circuits,and the staggered three-level Cuk DC/DC voltage regulator circuit was designed combining with three-level theory,this circuit can complete three level type DC direct conversion through the principle analysis,and the staggered three-level Cuk AC/AC voltage regulator circuit was designed on the base of this design with the improved unit switching device.The working principle and steady-state performance of the AC circuit were analyzed,including output voltage,input and output current ripple and voltage stress.The simulation by Saber was carried out to verify the voltage capability and steady-state characteristics.And in order to protect the switch,CLC buffer circuit was designed.Secondly,the fuzzy PID controller was designed for the AC voltage regulator,and the parameters of P,I and D were adjusted on-line by the fuzzy controller,so that the output has good dynamic characteristics.Thirdly,the peripheral circuits with dsPIC high-performance digital signal processor as the control core were designed,including IGBT drive circuit,voltage and current acquisition circuit,zero-crossing detection circuit and communication hardware circuit.Finally,the simulation and experiment validate the correctness of the AC voltage regulator source. |
