Urban rail transit is a convenient and quick trip mode for passengers,gradually becomes the effective means to solve the problems,like congestion,of many cities at home and abroad,and becomes the core content of many urban construction and operations in China at present.Along with the constant improvement of urban rail transit network,the passenger flow characteristics have changed,and it is the superposition and exchange of the station passenger flow that essentially form the rail transit line passenger flow and network passenger flow,therefore study on station passenger flow characteristics of rail transit is very importantly meaning.And the design of train operation plan(timetable)is still at the stage that the optimization of urban rail transit timetable is only subject to the input passenger flow of urban rail transit stations,which does not consider the existence of the transfer passenger flow and is unreasonable.In view of the current situation and based on the data archived by the Automatic Fare Collection(AFC)System,station passenger time-varying flow of a single railway mining algorithm is designed under rail transit network,including transfer passenger time-varying flow model at transfer station,and timetable optimization model for a single railway under rail transit network is established,which bases on the passenger dynamic flow model.The researches about passenger flow of urban rail transit and optimization of train operation plan(timetable)were reviewed step by step,and the research content in this paper were proposed that was the study on the station passenger time-varying flow and timetable optimization for a single railway under rail transit network.Then,urban rail transit system was introduced,including the development of rail transit system itself,the components of rail transit and the introduction of AFC.After the analysis of the data construct offered by AFC,the station passenger flow was classified according to the relationship between input-output station and the studied line under rail transit network.The time-varying characteristic of transfer passenger flow was studied,because the routes selected by transfer passengers during their trips could not be determined under rail transit network,which was because the operation with one-ticket barrier-free transfer was adopted.Characteristics of passenger transfer behavior was analyzed by using transaction data archived by AFC,train operation plan(timetable)of other railways and walking times within stations,and transfer passenger time-varying flow model was built and mining algorithm was designed to obtain the station passenger time-varying flow for a single railway under rail transit network.In the background of Tianjin rail transit network,Tianjin metro Line 1 was taken as the example to mine the data and form station passenger time-varying flow,and the feasibility of the proposed method was validated by the results,and further the passenger flow characteristics of the line was analyzed.Finally,the optimization model of timetable for a single line under urban rail transit network was constructed after dynamic OD demand matrix model was built,and GA was adopted to solve the problem.Moreover,Tianjin metro Line 1 was taken as the example again to optimize timetable,the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified.Based on the result,train load factor was used as the index to analyze the optimized timetable,and decision preference could affect the timetable.
