Synchronous reluctance motor(SynRM)has a few characters,which include the smooth surface of rotor,small moment of inertia,quick dynamic response,strong capability of fault-tolerant control.It applies to locomotive,aircraft,boating and so on.Transversally laminated rotor synchronous reluctance motor(TLR-SynRM)is a kind of synchronous reluctance motor.The manufacture of the structural of rotor uses the traditional technology of punching and pressing.It has a high saliency ratio,simple structure and high mechanical strength.So the paper thesis mainly talks about TLR-SynRM.First,the paper introduces the fundamental theory of TLR-SynRM and Finite Element Method(FEM).And based on the these theories,a TLR-SynRM model is established by the Ansoft 16 software.Then the composing and basic operation theory of the TLR-SynRM are analyzed.Second,In order to reduce optimally torque ripple of TLR-SynRM,a new type rotor structure of the insulation of the gradient flux-barrier was proposed.Using as the insulation of the gradient flux-barrier a starting point and on condition that the linear segments width of each layer of insulation flux-barriers was equal to the circular segments width of each layer of insulation flux-barriers,and the mathematical relationship between structure parameters and torque ripple was derived.It analyzed the relationship of the structure parameters and torque ripple by the contour maps combined with FEM and provided a reliable basis for Taguchi's method to select the standards.Once more,it built the experimenting orthogonal by the Taguchi's method and obtained the optimized parameters' rules of selection.It analyzed the pre-post optimality's harmonic of the air-gap flux density by FEM.It verified the optimal design scheme is feasible and the new type rotor structure of the insulation of the gradient flux-barrier can effectively reduce torque ripple.At last,this paper provided a calculation method of the saliency ratio of TLR-SynRM according to quadrature-direct axis magnetic equivalent circuit.The calculation method that it used the magnetic field and circuit method to adjust it.And it obtaind the connections between the saliency ratio,the field angles of insulation barriers and so on.On the basis of the method optimized the structure parameters from all above mentioned to improve saliency ratio of TLR-SynRM and FEM confirms the theoretical feasibility.As a result,the calculation method of the saliency ratio was effectively.
