Rivet pile is a new method of strengthening the soft soil subgrade,with ordinary concrete pile instead of cast-in-situ concrete thin-wall pipe pile or prestressed concrete piles,precast concrete pile cap to replace cast-in-place concrete pile cap,ordinary concrete pipe pile as reinforcement,with control of soft foundation settlement and improve the bearing capacity of the.But on the load transfer behavior of piles with different sizes of rivets and rivets under pile cap,pile in pile cap size which could significantly control the final settlement of pile sinking and give full play to the role of soil between piles,the theoretical basis is not yet mature,the work mechanism of the pile-soil interaction is not yet in-depth research and analysis.In view of the above problems,using the extension project of Hebei province Caofeidian coastal highway in this paper.From the theoretical analysis,indoor model test and finite element analysis,the working performance of rivet pile is discussed and analyzed in the view of finite element analysis,the main research contents of this paper are:1.Laboratory model test of ordinary concrete pipe pile and rivet pile was completed,the load transfer law of ordinary concrete pipe pile and rivet pile are studied and compared,to provide reasonable basis for theoretical research on the working performance of rivet pile.2.According to the indoor model test of ordinary concrete pipe pile and rivet pile and an engineering test field test,the corresponding ABAQUS finite element calculation model is established,the finite element simulation results are compared with the experimental results.3.Application of ABAQUS finite element simulation analysis,through the comparative analysis of ordinary concrete pipe pile and rivet pile under the same loading load-settlement curve,axial force of pile changes along the depth curve and the pile side friction along the depth curve,determine the pile cap of rivet pile can effectively control the pile the settlement deformation and can significantly improve the bearing capacity of foundation,and the influence of the pile cap on the lateral frictional resistance of the pile is 3.4 times of the diameter of the pile body.4.Based on the above analysis finite element model was extended on different size of final settlement of pile cap and pile shaft force influence on the pile,put forward the concept of cap diameter ratio,through research and analysis to determine the best cap of rivet pile diameter ratio is 3. |
