| With the rapid development of China’s economic and people’s living standards gradually improving,building energy consumption has been accounted for higher and higher proportion in the total energy consumption.One-third of national total energy consumption comes from construction industry,and more than a half of the building energy consumption is from heating,ventilation,air conditioning and related systems,which means that the energy consumption of HVAC industry accounts for about 15%-20% of the total energy consumption.In the background of China’s tense situation of energy supply and demand,the progress of innovation and technology of the HVAC industry will effectively promote the construction industry to improve energy efficiency,and to promote energy-saving emission reduction of the whole society.At present,the design and construction efficiency of HVAC is not satisfactory,which causes the waste of manpower and material resources,and delays of the construction time limit,there is still a large space for improvement in the technology.Building energy saving design need grasp and control the factors of the climate,architectural bodies,building envelope and shading facilities,but the complexity of today’s construction has greatly exceeded the level of the architect’s subjective judgment or experience,which requires the use of advanced computer technology to carry out complex data and real-time dynamic simulation,to carry on building energy analysis and to achieve green energy design.BIM can integrate a large number of building information to meet the needs of the above demands,and it also provides the designers with a good auxiliary design tool."BIM software platform→data format→professional analysis software" constitutes the basic model of BIM technology in architectural design,building environment and energy analysis.First of all,this paper has studied the optimization of design and construction of HVAC based on BIM technology,explored how to use BIM technology to realize real collaborative design.It makes the professional designers to achieve timely and smooth communication and exchange,to provide constructors with accurate,useful building model or construction drawings.It also explores how to apply BIM technology to the construction and installation of pipeline equipment,achieving “construction of mechanical make-up” in construction industry.Then the installation project can meet the standard requirements,but also can make the project beautiful and environment friendly and save the material and labor,and shorten the construction period.Secondly,it explores how to use BIM technology to realize energy saving design.Designers can create the building model by Revit(a kind of BIM software of Autodesk company),and directly import it into the energy analysis software based on BIM technology,analyze the building energy consumption conveniently.The analysis results can help architects to make reasonable adjustments to better achieve energy saving.This paper analyzes the energy consumption from four aspects,such as building orientation,non-transparent enclosure structure,building sun shading and glass curtain wall,to explore the energy saving design on initial stage of the architectural design,so that we can reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning and heating.It can be used to provide an effective and reliable reference for green energy saving design. |
