The global auto market is slowing down and the domestic automobile market is a deer.The Chinese car production enterprises that survive in the gap need to go abroad and speed up the internationalization process.When China’s car companies explore the international market,the first problem to face is the choice of international market and then hen the choice of entry mode.Different enterprises will choose the market suitable for the development of enterprises according to the environment and their own characteristics.At home and abroad,the existing research objects mainly focus on large multinational automobile companies in developed countries,while ignoring the characteristics of automobile enterprises in developing countries and the dilemma faced in the market entry mode selection.This paper reviews and summarizes the theory of enterprise internationalization,international market selection and entry theory,and analyzes the development status of Chinese cars and finds relevant literatures.Using multiple regression empirical analysis on the influence factors of the international market selection,with Chery Automobile international market selection and enter the international market as an example analysis,put forward suitable for Chinese car companies to enter the international market.The first part of the article mainly elaborated the research background,the research purpose and the significance,the research content and the structure.The second part mainly analyzes the development status of China’s car industry,including its development history,current situation and international market.The third part is the literature review,which is the theoretical basis of the research in this paper through the review of enterprise internationalization theory and international market selection and the entry mode theory.The fourth part studies the system of geographical distance,cultural distance,distance and bilateral trade ties to the influence of Chinese car industry in the international market selection,found that these four factors have significant effect for the export of China’s car industry.The fifth part based on the choice of international market of Chery Automobile and enter as a case,through the analysis of the fifth part gives Suggestions for China’s car industry internationalization.The sixth part mainly analyzes into the strategy of China’s car industry.
