| Prefabricated wood-concrete hybrid structure is a common residential structure in North America.In China,with the development of economy,people pay more and more attention to the improvement of quality of life.The main materials of the prefabricated wood-concrete mixed structure are wood and concrete.Among them,the joint node of the mixed structure is closely related to the overall performance of the structure and has a significant influence on the structure.Therefore,the stress performance of the joint is the most critical content in the study of the structure.In this paper,the existing research results are summarized and analyzed,and it is found that the timber-steel plate bolt joint is widely used in wood structure,but its ductility is poor.Mortise and tenon joint is applied in wood structure earlier,but its bearing capacity is low and it is easy to be pulled out and damaged.Therefore,it is of great practical value to put forward some new joint connection forms.In this paper,a new type of wooden beam and concrete special-shaped column frame joint is proposed,in which the concrete column is special-shaped column and the concrete column is connected with the wooden beam by new-type "mortise and tenon joint".The modern wood structure is applied to the multi-storey residence,and a new type of residence which is comfortable,environmentally friendly and economically durable is explored.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,two new mixed joint structures of wood beam and concrete column are designed.One of them is a new type of wooden beam-concrete special-shaped column mortise joint point,the other is a new type of wooden beam-concrete special-shaped column steel plate mortise joint joint.Secondly,the four node of the test specimens were analyzed,by four nodes of low reversed cyclic test to determine the wooden beam concrete special-shaped column fill steel plate bolt connection node as the feasibility of the original contrast specimen and two new beam-column node type influence on mechanical properties of the node,studies have shown that the new wooden beam,steel plate concrete special-shaped column mortise and tenon joint cover plate welded joint strength was slightly lower than the original contrast specimen,high ductility.However,the new type timber beam-concrete special-shaped column mortise and tenon joints are improved on traditional mortise and tenon joints.The bending moment and Angle curves of the four types of nodes have the same variation trend,and all of them are approximately in trilinear mode,which verifies that the four types of nodes are all semi-rigid.Finally,two new nodes in the corresponding load is studied to simulate the mechanical properties by means of the finite element model,the two nodes each of the specimen and the finite element model of hysteretic curve and skeleton curves in roughly the same,and that model and the initial stiffness and ductility of the specimens alignment were higher,the rationality and accuracy of the model is proved,and the bending moment-rotation curve are concluded,the node initial stiffness and semi-rigid performance.Through the study of two new types of wood-beam and concrete special-shaped column joint forms,the structure forms of prefabricated wood-beam and concrete special-shaped column are enriched,and the foundation is provided for the prefabricated wood-beam and concrete mixed structure,which is of great practical engineering value. |
