Hybrid test will use the components that are difficult to simulate numerically in the structure as the test substructure,the other parts of structure as numerical substructure.It combines the two parts to realize the dynamic response analysis of the whole structure dynamic response analysis under seismic action which is a relatively economic and effective test method in structural seismic test.So the hybrid test has became the domestic and foreign scholar’s research hotspots.Due to the existing limitations of viscoelastic damper performance test analysis,the cost of the shaking table test and hydraulic servo actuator hybrid test are high,the production is complex and the cycle is long.This paper studies the design of a small electric actuator hybrid test system with high cost performance.It can analyze the dynamic response and performance of the viscoelastic damping structure under earthquake action.At the same time,the electric actuator is easy to obtain in the structural laboratory,which greatly reduces the threshold of the research about hybrid test,to promote and broaden the research field of hybrid test.The main task of this paper is to establish the hybrid test system based on the electric actuator,and completed the hybrid test about the viscoelastic damping frame structure.In this paper,the research work includes:(1)Establish a set of electric actuator hybrid test system.The software and hardware of the hybrid test system were analyzed,introduced and studied in detail.The hardware system consists of the electric actuator system module,sensor module and the control system module.The software system mainly includes PC software program and microcontroller software program.(2)Based on the characteristics of the electric actuation system,the equivalent force feedback control method is used.The microcontroller realizes the control of the inner loop force and the control of the outer loop equivalent force by the positional PID controller.The microcontroller realizes the precise control of the electric actuator and the stable acquisition of the sensor data through the design of the peripheral circuit.It is verified that the peripheral circuit can meet the requirements of the hybrid test by experiments.(3)The PC software program is compiled by MATLAB,including the establishment of numerical substructure model,numerical integration algorithm and data communication program between PC and microcontroller.A calculation method for solving equivalent force equilibrium equation of the multi-DOF structure hybrid test is proposed,and the PC software program of the multi-DOF structure hybrid test is implemented.The serial port communication mode is used between PC and microcontroller,and the data communication program is compiled by the instrument toolbox in MATLAB.(4)The performance test of the electric actuator hybrid test system was conducted to verify that the hardware of the electric actuator hybrid test system can meet the requirements of the hybrid test.Numerical simulation and hybrid test of the single-DOF structure with the viscoelastic damper under seismic action was carried out based on the system using the equivalent force feedback control method,which verified the feasibility of the electric actuator hybrid test system.The hybrid test of multi-DOF structure with the viscoelastic damper is performed,which shows that the viscoelastic damper has better vibration-suppressing effect.The innovation of this paper is to establish the electric actuator hybrid test system,and completed the hybrid test of the viscoelastic damping frame structure based on the system.
