| GSZJ company is located in Gansu Province,is a special car enterprises in the main business of semi-trailer,dump truck and trailer production and sales.In recent years,the recession still affected the economic situation,the car industry market is shrinking,demand situation has not been improved,and the peer enterprises increasing competition,in order to keep the market share,GSZJ companies seeking to "open source" road to at the same time,more and more profound understanding of "throttling",to reduce the cost of construction enterprise profitability and competitiveness of the important role.In this paper,we study the cost management and control of GSZJ,and try to put forward the way to control the cost and gain the competitive advantage of the market.Through research and analysis,first discovered the current situation of GSZJ company,in the semi trailer suspension system procurement problems;then,the application of purchasing cost control theory,sort out the relevant procedures,standards and methods of procurement and management of GSZJ company from the suspension system,supplier selection and evaluation standard,how to choose the suspension supplier how to strengthen the management of suppliers,suspension design and optimization scheme of procurement cost management.Through the implementation of the scheme,calculation and evaluation of semi-trailer suspension system to improve the procurement cost effect,verify the effectiveness of this scheme and countermeasures,proves that the optimization of the suspension system of GSZJ company procurement cost direction,is the right idea,economic benefits are considerable,and provides a reference for solving similar problems within enterprise group. |
