Huaiji county is rich in hydropower resources.From the power generation situation of small hydropower stations,hydropower stations are mostly runoff power plants,with small installed capacity and out dated equipment.In the rainy season,generation time scheduling can not be fully controlled,and has great impact on the regional power grid.The development of hydropower resources according to local conditions,to carry out the construction of small hydropower station,not only can solve the difficult problem of electric with local people,but also the development of the local economy;the administrative means can not solve Huaiji County Spring Festival peak electricity problem fundamentally,voltage and reactive power control can arrange reasonable and make full use of the capacity of reactive power compensation and adjustment the ability of the grid,the Huaiji power grid in small hydropower for reactive power optimization control system is particularly important.This a rticle based on the survey of power consumption in Huaiji County,it is concluded that the main problem that Huaiji small hydropower brings to the operation of Huaiji Power Grid is voltage.These problems include:high bus voltage of substation in flood season,high voltage caused by small hydropower T connected to 10kV line,high voltage caused by light load of line,low voltage of long line,etc.Based on the operation status of small hydropower stations in Huaiji Power Grid,this paper summarizes the operation characteristics of small hydropower stations,and puts forward some administrative measures,such as formulating the admission criteria for private small hydropower stations,standardizing the water storage behavior in river basins,and carrying out residential evacuation and coordination projects,or using the technical means of reactive power optimization control system to solve Huaiji Power Grid.T hrough i ntroducing the ni ne-level control principle of the three-level vol tage control system and the VQC device of the substation,combining with the use of the existing equipment in Huaiji Power Supply Bureau,a set of Huaiji c ompatible w ith Huaiji Power Supply Bureau is designed to improve the traditional mode of power grid dispatching and operation,realize the coordinated control of voltage and reactive power and the optimal di spatch of reactive power.Voltage and reactive power optimization control system of county power network structure.Based on the theory of reactive power optimization,the voltage and reactive power optimization calculation of Huaiji power grid is carried out by using the designed reactive power optimization control system to illustrate the role of reactive power optimization and verify the practicability of the theory in practical operation system.The reasonable layout planning of No.1 transformer can meet the peak power consumption of Huaiji city during the Spring Festival,and discuss the follow-up power grid construction measures after capacity increase.
