| Transformer cooling system is an important guarantee for transformer normal operation.At present,the traditional relay logic control device has been widely used in transformer cooling system.However,the high fault rate of the relay threatens the normal operation of the system.The operation data collection is incomplete and cannot monitor all the information in the operation of the equipment.Automatic remote monitoring,low intelligence,heavy workload of technical personnel,unable to control temperature change in time,affecting the service life of equipment and generating a lot of energy waste.Aiming at the disadvantages of the above existing equipment,this paper aims to develop a new cooling system,and on this basis,realize the fuzzy PID control of transformer temperature,further realize the intelligent control of transformer temperature,simplify the circuit,and improve the system’s working reliability and energy saving.(1)Carry out relevant research on monitoring and control technology of transformer cooling system and intelligent control algorithm to realize intelligent monitoring of cooler.Complete the design of motor protection control wiring diagram and PLC input and output connection diagram,and introduce the implementation mode of each component according to the wiring diagram.(2)The fuzzy controller and the traditional PID controller are studied,and the fuzzy PID controller is obtained by combining the advantages of the fuzzy controller and the PID controller respectively,so as to realize real-time tuning of the PID controller parameters.The experimental results show that the control effect of the fuzzy PID controller is better than that of the PID controller.(3)Three sub-programs are designed on the basis of the master and slave programs designed.The main program can execute three subroutines respectively to realize the judgment of the running state.Intelligent algorithm is used to control the transformer oil temperature and monitor the load and winding temperature in real time,so as to protect the transformer.Subroutine 0 realizes the automatic switch of cooler group and completes the softstart of fan motor.Subroutine 1 completes the monitoring of the temperature of the transformer load winding to ensure the stable heat dissipation of the transformer.Subroutine 2is designed to protect the transformer from damage when operating in extreme conditions.(4)The designed cooling system is applied to the cooling system transformation of the220 kV main transformer.Through measurement and analysis of the temperature measured during the actual operation of the main transformer before and after the transformation,it is proved that the designed cooling system can effectively improve the heat dissipation effect of the transformer,reduce energy consumption and save operating cost. |
