Research On Logistics Cost Optimization Of M Enterprises Based On T+3 Model

In recent years,the global household appliance industry has entered the stage of medium and low speed growth from high speed growth.Ove international consulting company predicted that 2015-2017 is a period of adjustment for the global home appliance industry,and it is expected that the global home appliance industry will face a new round of shuffle in 2018.Under the background of multiple negative impacts,the household appliance industry generally chooses to speed up the transformation and upgrading,and hopes to occupy the market through technological innovation,management innovation,service innovation and combination of mobile Internet technology,to explore the growth potential and maintain survival in the competition.Logistics management is one of the key links of the household appliances production industry.The logistics of the household appliances industry is related to all the links of the enterprise's production,circulation,sales and service.The logistics cost and efficiency directly affect whether the enterprise can get the first chance in the future competition.As one of the leaders of the global household appliance industry,M company's relatively backward logistics mode has caused many problems in the logistics management and high logistics costs.For this reason,M company proposed the T+3 production and marketing mode optimized by the four core links of customer ordering,component supply,finished product production and logistics delivery,aiming at achieving the internal integration of logistics center,integration of supply chain,and de-intermediation of circulation,so as to reduce cost,meet customer demand and improve efficiency.This paper first studies the problems existing in M enterprise's logistics cost management and the improvement and influence of T+3 mode on enterprise logistics through case study,and then finds out the influence on household appliance enterprises through the analytic hierarchy process.
