Servo valve in the 2D structure on the set of servo screw mechanism control level and the main valve core in the same valve core have the advantages of simple structure,fast response and strong ability of anti pollution etc,and have been widely used in aerospace and aviation,etc.As the core part of the 2D servo valve,the performance of the 2D servo valve is determined to a great extent.For a long time,the study of the high-performance electric-mechanical converter has been an important research direction of the hydraulic servo control,as a result,the 2D servo valve electric-mechanical converter control algorithm of the research on the properties of 2D servo valve ascension has very important significance.This paper studies the 2D servo valve and its controller in 10 sizes.Paper to two-phase hybrid stepping motor servo valve as a 2D electric-mechanical converter,puts forward the fuzzy PID synchronous control thought,and TMS320F2812 as main control chip for the design of the controller,electric-mechanical transducer bandwidth from 260 Hz to 380 Hz,2D the bandwidth of the servo valve increased from 170 Hz to 225 Hz,significantly improve the bandwidth of 2D servo valve and its controller.Specific research contents and results are as follows:1.The structure and working principle of 2D servo valve are studied and analyzed,and the mathematical model of 2D servo valve is established.The frequency response and step response of 2D servo valve are analyzed by MATLAB simulation tool,and the influence of different structural parameters on bandwidth is studied.Simulation results show that thebandwidth of the 2D servo valve is 269 Hz,and the rise time is 2.1ms,which has better dynamic characteristics.2.The servo valve as a 2D electric-mechanical converter of two-phase hybrid stepper motor through analyzing the structure and working principle,established through mathematical modeling,the mathematical model of two-phase hybrid stepping motor.Synchronization control,on the basis of the analysis of the current proposed fuzzy PID synchronous control algorithm of electric-mechanical converter,designed based on MATLAB/Simulink simulation model,simulation based on the fuzzy PID synchronous control electric-mechanical converter frequency width of up to 520 Hz,proves that the electric-mechanical converter designed fuzzy PID synchronous control algorithm is greatly improve the performance of the two-phase hybrid stepping motor.3.Based on the fuzzy PID synchronization control idea,the chip TMS320F2812 is used as the core control element,and the hardware design of the controller of the 2D servo valve is designed,and the corresponding complete software is developed.The experimental platform of electromechanical converter is set up,and the characteristics of electromechanical converter are analyzed.Through the experimental data analysis,the hysteresis of the electromechanical converter is 1.9% and the non-linearity is 3.2%;the frequency width increased from 260 Hz to 380 Hz,and the increase time was 5.8ms.The static and dynamic performance of the electromechanical converter has been greatly improved.4.Set up a experimental platform for the servo valve 2D,2D servo valve for the dynamic and static characteristic experiment,through the analysis of experimental data processing,2D the hysteresis loop of the servo valve was 2.54%,the nonlinearity is 1.59%,the bandwidth from the original 170 Hz to 225 Hz,the rise time of 7.5ms,illustrates the 2D servo valve has good dynamic and static characteristics,as well as the design is verified by 2D servo valve controller has good generality and practicability.
