Container logistics transportation has been rapidly developed in the context of economic globalization,the trade globalization,the technology globalization.Therefore,the research on the abnormal status of containers in container logistics has received urgent attention.During the transportation process of container logistics,the abnormal state of the container is random and multi-inductive.Once an abnormal state occurs,it often accompanies the loss of property and even the casualties.Based on the current status of container logistics transportation abnormality(fire in container boxes,container tipping),this thesis uses data fusion method and combines multi-sensing information perception system to carry out the abnormal status of containers in transit.Analysis and research,the work done in this thesis is as follows:(1)This thesis analyzes and studies multi-sensor information fusion technology,and summarizes the advantages of data fusion and the goal of data fusion.Combining the characteristics of container logistics transportation,the core method of multi-sensor information fusion is determined,that is,using D-S evidence theory to build the idea of container multi-sensor information fusion.(2)By determining the characteristic parameters of the abnormal logistics transport of containers,D-S evidence theory is further applied to build an abnormal condition monitoring system for containers.This thesis selects the respective factors of container fire danger and overturning,namely the source of evidence,and further obtains the weight of the evidence source through AHP;and uses the trapezoidal membership function to generate the basic probability assignment function(BPA);after that,it is combined with AHP and DS evidence theory.To obtain the expression of abnormality in container status.(3)Build a container abnormal state awareness system based on multi-sensor information fusion.Through the analysis of the abnormal status of the container and the selection of characteristic parameters,the hardware platform of the multi-sensing hardware sensing system is designed and the PCB circuit board is made.At the same time,the multi-sensing hardware platform is integrated with the multi-sensing hardware of the host computer.The center's data communication method,and gave the specific flow of communication between the microprocessor and different communication interface protocols.(4)Validate the validity of multi-sensor information container abnormal perception sensing systems and data fusion methods.Multi-sensor data is acquired through simulation experiments.The fusion of AHP and DS evidence theory is used to verify the data.The VB PC multi-sensor data fusion center is set up,data fusion was performed on the abnormal state of the container simulation experiment,then an abnormal state decision is made.The experimental results show that the judgment of the abnormal status of the container can be satisfied in real time and effectively.
