The Application Of Innovation Prestressed Support System In Foundation Pit Support

Foundation pit support is an important part of the foundation pit engineering,it is directly related to the safety of the foundation pit.Now,there are many types of foundation pit supporting system,such as the tension anchor supporting,inside supporting structure and so on.But,some laws and regulations don’t allow any harmful thing into the other foundations,so,the inside supporting structure is more and more popular.Because of the traditional inside supporting structures have many disadvantages,then,engineers researched a kind of new steel structure to support—innovative pre-stressed support system.This kind of support system could control the foundation distortion,protect the peripheral environment,cut down the project’s time,also could create big space for the foundation construction and reduce the environment pollution.In order to use the system more effective,the main research contents of this paper about the innovative pre-stressed support system are as follows:(1)Introduce the constituent parts and working principle of the innovative pre-stressed support system.(2)Designing the prestressed fish-bellied beam structure of the innovative pre-stressed support system.Furthermore,summarizes the optimal value of prestressed fish-bellied beam span-depth ratio and section value by controlling variate method.Last,provide the calculation methods of the structure bar.(3)Building three-dimensional finite element model with MIDAS/GTS for one practical engineering,the results of it can verify the rationality of the fish-bellied beam structure.(4)Contrasting the innovative pre-stressed support system with the original engineering design,verify the advantage of it in the practical engineering.So that it can provide valuable reference for the application and extension of the innovative pre-stressed support system.
