With the rapid development of power electronics technology and computer control technology,the traditional three-phase AC drive systems have been increasingly challenged by multi-phase AC drive systems.Especially in low voltage and high current applications,such as coal,electric vehicles,military and other fields,multi-phase AC drive systems are more and more recognized with its high reliability,low torque ripple and wide variety of control strategies.Thus,multi-phase induction motor control systems have become the competing research object of many scholars.This thesis selects the six-phase induction motor as research object which is the most representative of multi-phase induction motors,and made a certain degree of research on its vector control and MRAS speed identification algorithm.With the high bear voltage disadvantage of power device in traditional six-phase motor drive topologies,this thesis proposes a new up and down two bridges drive topology.The research object in this thesis is two three-phase and offset 30 degree winding structure,very similar to the three-phase motor winding,therefore,consider to combine the three-phase motor vector control technology and vector classification technology to design a new six-phase motor vector control method.Firstly,this thesis deeply studies the six-phase motor winding structure with its spatial distribution.And then establish the six-phase motor mathematical model in ABC coordinate system and the dq coordinate system.Based on the Ansoft Maxwell software set up six-phase motor model and simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the model.Then research the six-phase motor control system with three-phase motor vector control technology and vector classification technology,use Simulink,Simplorer,Maxwell three software co-simulate to achieve six-phase motor open loop control system simulation and verified the feasibility of the scheme.This thesis also research on the six-phase motor MRAS speed identification algorithm,the traditional MRAS adjustable model has been improved to achieve a decoupling,and eliminated the truncation error in the process of discretization.To simulate in Simulink environment and the results demonstrate the improved model improves the performance of the MRAS.Finally,design the hardware circuit,making the inverter drive module,the voltage/current detection module,switching power supply module,etc.After testing each module,build six-phase motor control system,make overall test and give the test results.
