| Hull girder ultimate shear strength refers to the maximum shear force that can be borne by hull girder in the context of shear buckling destruction,which is different from the general shear yield and the shear buckling of the ideal elasticity,resulting in difficulty in obtaining the exact theoretical solution.Therefore,it is necessary to do the research about calculation method of ultimate shear strength for hull girder.Based on the finite element numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,this paper carries out study on the characteristics as well as the calculation method of ultimate shear strength of panel,plate and hull girder in turn.It also proposes the computational formula of hull girder ultimate shear force and establishes a set of nonlinear finite element methods of hull girder shear force,and then this paper verifies it by actual ship.The results have important theoretical significance and reference value for ship structure design.In this paper,the main work is as follows:(1)This paper explains the standardized critical shear stress formula of panel by theoretical analysis.It establishes shear buckling finite element method of panel;through the calculation and analysis of 73 panels of actual ship,this paper determines the characteristics of the ultimate shear strength of panel,and it also verifies the accuracy of the critical shear stress formula of panel.(2)This paper proposes the computational formula of ultimate shear of plate.It establishes shear buckling finite element calculation method of plate;through the calculation and analysis of 36 plates of actual ship,this paper determines the characteristics of the ultimate shear strength of plate,and it also verifies the accuracy of the computational formula of ultimate shear of plate.(3)This paper proposes the computational formula of ultimate shear of hull girder.It establishes shear buckling finite element calculation method of hull girder;through the calculation and analysis,this paper determines the factors of the ultimate shear strength of hull girder,and it also verifies the accuracy of the computational formula of ultimate shear of hull girder.(4)Based on the above study,this paper carries out verification by actual ship.In terms of bulk carriers with a capacity tonnage of 58000-ton,this paper establishes finite element model of hull girder.Then combined with the hull girder ultimate shear formula,this paper conducts study on ultimate shear strength of hull girder at a complete state,collision damaged state and grounding damaged state. |
