With the acceleration of urbanization in the country,and the coverage expanding of water supply network,the pipeline leakage problem accompanied by is also more serious.So,how to solve the problem of water supply pipe network leakage,as also as avoid the wasting resources and other secondary hazards,has become the focus of increasing concern.The key to solve the leakage of water supply pipe network is to realize the pressure control of pipe network.In recent years,pressure control method has been increasingly used in the leakage control for water supply network,with its high efficiency,energy saving and other advantages.Based on the pressure closed-loop control method for water supply system,a pipe network pressure automatic control system matched with pilot valve was designed,according to the original water supply system.In order to achieve optimization for the water pressure at different times,the pressure of water network was controlled by controlling the pressure control system.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:(l)In order to determine the design of the network pressure control system,the reasons and forms for the leakage of water supply network were analyzed,and the current status for the detection and control of domestic pipeline leakage was explored.In order to achieve optimal water pressure management strategies and effectively control the leakage amount,the design study of the key components for pressure control system was completed according to the works of pressure control system,including the structural design of the actuator,the layout design of the external water pipe system,the structural design of the hydraulic manifold block,the determine of the components connection orders,etc.The control flow for pressure control system was analyzed.(2)Based on the pipe network pressure control system designed,the simplified structure for the key components of control system was built,and the change in the relationship between the system inlet pressure,outlet pressure,the actuator chamber pressure was analyzed.The mathematical model of the pressure control system using the power bond graphs was established and simulated,and the results verified the correctness of static analysis.(3)In order to test the safety performance under the load bearing conditions,the design elements of pressure control system,such as the actuator,the hydraulic manifold block,the main force component of controller shell were analyzed using the ANSYS software.(4)Based on the pressure control system mathematical model,the simulation model of the control system under the normal operating state was established using the AMESim software,the dynamic performance of the system was studied,and the impact for the system dynamic performance was researched,In this paper,the design and performance analysis of the pressure control system for water supply pipe network have important reference value.The establishment of the control system mathematical model provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of other hydraulic control system;The analysis of the dynamic performance provides a reference value for the further parameters optimization of the system.
