| The nuclear power and its construction have being developing rapidly in China.There will be two million-kilowatts nuclear power units to be developed annually.There is a huge potential market demand of nuclear pumps.The oblique flow pump that discussed in this thesis is used in a nuclear power plant CHANG GUI DAO circulating water system.The vertical oblique flow pump’s out diameter is 1250 mm.It’s a large vertical diagonal flow pump and with large energy consumption.So,obvious economic benefits will be brought by the improving of the pump’s efficiency.How to effectively improve the pump’s efficiency is a question that our designing labors should concern.The circulating water pump of nuclear power engineering design’s optimization can promote the technical progress of enterprises and improve the enterprises’ competitiveness.This thesis discussed the flow design process of the hydraulic flow pump by model,and the designing optimization methods of the pump’s performance under the model conversion,including the designing course of diagonal flow pump’s hydraulic flow design by model,the increasing of the impeller blade inlet angle,the decreasing of the blade’s thickness,the spraying polymer composite materials on the surface of the flow and so on.Pumps’ efficiency was improved by these designing optimization methods.During the designing,the 3D modeling of the oblique flow pump’s performance before and after optimization was established.And it made simulation test of the pump’s performance by using CFD analysis software to verify the effect of pump’s designing optimization.Lastly,the design was verified to be correct through pump’s physical performance test.This thesis also discussed the pump’s structure design,the selection of the acetate bearing,the calculation of pump’s spitting out pipeline’s stress,the prevention measures of the electrical potential corrosion,the material selection of the pumps’core components and so on.Besides,it made specific calculation of the core components’ intensity to ensure the reliability of the pump’s operation.The discussed design methods and the design optimization methods are some kinds of new methods for large diagonal flow pump’s reasonable design and optimization,which is of popularization and application values. |
