| Ocean energy power is the main way of new energy development in the world today.However,Marine atmosphere contains a lot of salt fog which corrodes the insulation system of generator and has an impact on the normal running of the generator.And all of these factors restrict the development and utilization of ocean energy.Therefore,there is important theoretical significance and practical demand to research the ageing characteristics of high voltage generator insulation under salt spray and humidity thermal condition and anti-corrosion methods of insulation.The frequently-used tong-ma epoxy glass fiber power mica insulation materials of high voltage generator winding were carried out with the salt spray and humidity thermal ageing test which simulates marine climate,and the anti-corrosion methods of insulation were researched.The tong-ma epoxy glass fiber power mica insulation windings and tablet samples、polyurea material and 9130 coating varnish tablet samples were made by standard process,salt spray and humidity thermal test was carried out in accordance with standard of《GB/T 2423.18-2000 corrosion grade(2)》,the water absorption rate、surface morphology change、frequency domain spectroscopy、infrared spectrum、dielectric parameters of samples were tested to reflect ageing characteristics of tong-ma epoxy glass fiber power mica insulation under salt spray and humidity thermal condition and effect of insulation anti-corrosion methods,and the correlative method and process of test were designed.The change rule of the water absorption rate、microstructure variety and the macroscopic dielectric property and the relationships of them were analyzed by the function fitting and the dielectric polarization theory,the mechanism of salt spray and humidity thermal ageing were analyzed from several aspects:With the theory of infrared spectrum,the chemical stability property of 9130 red coating varnish were analyzed,the salt fog resistance of polyurea material and 9130 coating varnish were comparated by analysing change law of water absorption rate and the dielectric parameter,the dielectric loss factor of ageing generator windings were tested to reflect ageing condition and protective effect of 9130 red coating varnish.The results show that the water absorption rate of the TEGM insulation material sample appears three stages;the frequency domain spectroscopy curve can reflect the insulation ageing state directly in the low frequency range;there are the quadratic equation relationships between the dielectric parameters and the water absorption for the aging insulation materials in the low frequency range.the 9130 red coating varnish could keep a stable chemical property under salt spray and humidity thermal condition,it could protect the inner winding insulation well,the polyurea material has a great application prospect to generator insulation anti-corrosion. |
