Dunhuang,the oasis in the vast Gobi desert,is an international tourist destination,the art pearl Mogao Grottoes,the amazing Ring Sand Mountain and the Crescent Moon Spring are world-famous.There are 3257.9 hours sunshine,153.76 kilocalorie/square centimeter solar radiations throughout the year,and the annual average illumination is about 8.9 hours.It is the class I region in the terms of the domestic solar energy resources and it's very suitable for building Chinese large-scale photovoltaic power stations.It's the first district of 10 megawatt privilege demonstration project;it's approved by the state"above the level of one million kilowatts of solar power demonstration base";it's as well as a only one solar power base which is mainly sending out power in Gansu Province's power plan in"the 12~thh Five-Year plan";and currently it's the biggest in the terms of contiguous area and the most installed capacity of the photovoltaic park-districts.Shanghua New Energy Sources Group Corporation(short for Shanghua Corporation)was established in 2009 which lies in the international tourist city of Guilin,it's a high-tech enterprise and smart energy advocator which devote itself to green new energy and modern agricultural innovations and developments.This paper based on photovoltaic innovation mode which combines with distributed photovoltaic power generation,agricultural facilities and intelligent micro-grid by Shanghua Corporation,to use the implementation of Dunhuang Shanghua intelligent photovoltaic facility agriculture project as the object of study,to combine of theory and practice,using the theories of investment,operation,marketing and so on,and analyze methods by combination of qualitative and quantitative,it analyses from the multi-angle of Corporation in the investments and operations of the project in the macro background,business environment,target market positioning,marketing strategy,investment and financing,finance,risk and exit mechanism,to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,and to maximize the investment income.Using SWOT?SPSS analysis tools in this paper to analyze the situations of Shanghua Corporation's own advantages,weaknesses,environment,micro environment and the present industry competitions,and under certain evaluation method for evaluation of industrial development visions,getting the operating orientation of the group corporation:aiming to produce and sale of batteries as the basic industry,and focus on extending directions of the industry development such as photovoltaic facility agriculture greenhouse,urban roof photovoltaic power station and photovoltaic integration systems and so on,and strive to improve the capacity by projects to form the industrial chain and scale operations.In this paper,the research on photovoltaic greenhouse innovation project,is not only has a important role on the adjustment and upgrading of agricultural structures and solutions of"agriculture,countryside and farmers"problems in our country,but also provides a guidance for project investments,decisions making and the corresponding managements.
