As the subway has the advantages of running at a fast speed and carrying a great number of passengers,it has gradually become the main means to relieve the pressure on urban traffic. The corrosion of steel bars, led by the joint influence of stray current produced in the process of subway operation and the chloride ions suffused in its surroundings, results in an early drop out of reinforced concrete structures without working long before its designed service life.Based on NSFC(Natural Science Foundation of China)(21163005)and The Science and Technology Program of Colleges in Jiangxi Province(KJLD13039),this thesis mainly focus on the corrosion and damage of shield tunnel shield segment reinforced concrete interface, carries out a scientific research by using finite elements numerical simulation regarding to the damage of reinforced concrete interface bonding under the harmful circumstances of stray current and chloride ions and makes an analysis and comparison between the data collected in finite elements simulation and the experiment results. The main works and conclusions of this thesis can be listed as follows:(1)Based on the finite element software basic theory and through the large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS,this thesis builds a finite element calculating model by taking various factors into consideration, including current intensity, the concentration of chloride ions as well as the duration of time in corrosion. In addition, this thesis makes a simulation of concrete steel corrosion and the bond-slip function of reinforced concrete by imposing a radial displacement to concrete steel holes and adding bidirectional non-linear spring model namely Spring2 to the reinforced concrete interfaces.(2)Based on the established finite element calculating model, this thesis conducts a finite element analysis of the bond-slip relationship of reinforced concrete in pull-out experiments under the condition of corrosion, which is then to be compared with the experiment results. Finally, the causes of errors and the shortcomings of finite elements simulation process will be summarized in the hope of offering certain references for further studies on relevant fields in the future.
