| The current rock-socketed piles are widely used in high-rise buildings,bridge engineering and other fields with high load and high settlement requirements.The soft rock is widely distributed in China.Soft rock rock-socketed piles are a kind of common pile type.The stress-bearing mechanism of rock-socketed pile is different from that of soil pile.The interface of slab-bearing pile in soft rock will show slippage mechanism and shear mechanism,and the shear mechanism is only formed in soil-Rock pits are different,the interface failure of soft rock rock-socketed piles occurs only in the contact surface or soft rock,and the lateral resistance and the end resistance are required to be larger.The influence of the cover layer on the bearing capacity of the rock-socketed piles is also great.Pile side resistance is an important part of bearing capacity of rock-socketed piles.However,the mechanism of lateral resistance of rock-socketed piles is still blurred.In this paper,the indoor model test as the main means to study the interface characteristics of soft rock rock-socket pile as the research content,through the development of soft rock simulation samples and test equipment to carry out different interface roughness of the interface test and vertical load test,On the interpretation of soft rock rock-socketed pile in the interface of the characteristics of the performance of the law,mainly to obtain the following research results:(1)The cement,gypsum,medium sand,early strength agent and water according to a certain ratio of the ratio test,the simulation of the strength and modulus in line with the requirements of soft rock,and the simulation sample with a short age,Easy to manufacture and other advantages,after uniaxial compression and triaxial test of the test,the simulation can better simulate the poor rock of soft rock.(2)By analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of the current pile-soft rock interface shear test equipment,the existing test equipment can be improved according to its own test demand.The improved test equipment can provide constant displacement,constant stiffness and constant stress.To the boundary conditions,can be better for geotechnical materials and structural interface between the shear deformation characteristics of the study.(3)The interfacial strength relationship between pile and soft rock under different roughness conditions was obtained by the interfacial characteristic test of constant stiffness.The strength of pile-undisturbed soft rock was studied by triaxial shear test.The influence of hole roughness on the limit lateral resistance of soft rock rock-socketed piles is analyzed,and it is proved that the indoor model test can be used to study the interfacial friction characteristics of soft rock.(4)The vertical distribution of pile under different vertical loads is studied by the vertical load test of single pile,and the influence of different factors on the rock-rock pile is studied.How Doesthe Friction Characteristic Effect on the Side Rock Resistance of Soft Rock Rock-Socketed Pile under Vertical Load. |
