| Large hydropower project diversion shafts significantly suffer a risk of sectional concrete corrosion due to the perennial water scouring.Once concrete section stripped from the concrete surface and pushed into the wicket with water,chances are that the situation causes abnormal downtime and leadst to turbine runner damage,even worse endangers operation of the entire water diversion power generation system,which resulting in immeasurable consequences and enormous disadvantage of the power station safe and stable operation.Therefore,it is necessary to study the development trend of the defects of the inner wall of the diversion shafts of the Nuozhadu Hydropower Station.The main work is as follows:1)In this paper,a cylindrical unmanned airship detection floating platform is designed,with the feature of fast assemblya,anti-collision,great floating stability and shaft environment adaptability,which fills the blank of 200-meter level shaft detection field..2)Aiming at the urgent need of rapid acquisition of 200-meter level of shaft information,a multi-sensor silt detection device is proposed,with integrated CCD camera,three-dimensional laser scanning,high-precision position sensing and illumination.Meanwhile,the corresponding data acquisition and storage software system is designed.3)The integration and synchronization control of the hardware and software of the data acquisition system are eventually completed.Moreover,to verify the feasibility of the system,experiments are designed and implemented to acquire the data of simulative enviroment and to run the flight control workflow. |
