Engineering practice shows that when the old asphalt mixture are reused,a lot of resources can be saved and the environment pollution generated by abandoned old material can be avoided,and thus produce a huge social and economic effects.In particular,not only a great amount of asphalt content but also good quality of aggregate are gained from the reclaiming material of surface layer in asphalt pavement.But our technology is not mature enough in the reclaimed asphalt mixture,and the experimental research on durability of reclaimed asphalt mixture is far from enough,especially lacking of experience in the regeneration of asphalt pavement surface layer.So,systematic and thorough experimental research on durability of AC-13 C central plant hot recyclingimed asphalt mixture that used for asphalt pavement surface layer is conducted in this paper.Firstly,the study on the thermal attenuation performance of the old aggregate is conducted,and it is recommended to reduce the number of high temperature heating in the process of central plant hot recyclingiming.Through the experimental research,of water stability,high temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,splitting fatigue resistance,compression rebound modulus and compressive strength,oil corrosion resistance,on the central plant hot recyclingimed asphalt mixture,new asphalt mixture and old asphalt mixture of asphalt pavement surface layer,the difference of durability performance of three kinds of asphalt mixture are analyzed and compared.The results show that the durability of the central plant hot recyclingimed asphalt mixture,can meet the requirement of asphalt pavement,which is similar to that of the same type of new asphalt mixture.It turned out that the low-temperature crack resistance evaluation of asphalt mixture by the fracture resistance based on the Semi-circular bending test with incision can be more effective.At the same time,from the experimental study of anti-scour performance of central plant hot recyclingimed asphalt mixture based on the new research and development of dynamic water flushing device,it is conclude that the anti-scour performance of the central plant hot recyclingimed asphalt mixture has been significantly improved.
